Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, compatibility information, pricing and availability.
Typewriter, POS and cash register manufacturer names, model names and trademarks are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, compatible products sold by InkSmart are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturer.
If you are unsure whether a ribbon is compatible with your machine, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, add the required items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation and process your order for delivery.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
Delivery Areas
We ship New Zealand wide, including the North Island and South Island, and to Australia.
Estimated Delivery Times
New Zealand: 1–4 working days
Australia: 5–10 working days
Australia: Tracking is available until the parcel reaches Australia. Tracking within Australia may not be available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier, postal, customs, public holiday or other delays outside our reasonable control.
Signature Required
Orders requiring a signature should be received by someone at the delivery address. If you provide instructions for a courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, you accept responsibility for those delivery instructions.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.
New Zealand customers can check an address using the NZ Post Address & Postcode Finder.
Australian customers can check a postcode using the Australia Post Postcode Finder.

Returns and Refunds
At InkSmart, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible products purchased from InkSmart.co.nz.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Different conditions may apply where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or our Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
